The Blank inaugurates its collaboration with the Orlando Festival – to be held from April 28 to May 8 – through the exhibition Cities by Night | Bergamo, by the artist Valentina Medda, an international participatory project that explores the perception of danger in urban space from a female point of view.
Thursday, April 28 at 6pm at GIACOMO, Via G. Quarenghi, 48 C/D – Bergamo, the artist will welcome the public for the opening of the exhibition.
Saturday, April 30 from 6pm to 7.30pm will take place the talk Cities by Night: plural cities, between intimate and political, with the participation of Valentina Medda, Alberta Giorgi, and Claudia Santeroni, which will explore the artistic and research process of the project and urban space.
Sunday, May 1 at 5.30pm at GIACOMO there will be a guided tour in Italian Sign Language (LIS) and Italian language. The entry is free and a reservation is required at prenotazioni@orlandofestival.it.
The exhibition Cities By Night | Bergamo will be open to the public from April 28 to May 8, free of charge, at GIACOMO, from Monday to Friday from 3pm to 7pm; Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm.
